1. The applicant acknowledges that the shared parking agreement must be approved.
2. The chart on T -2 has been corrected to reflect the correct value of banked units.
3. The applicant acknowledges that the variation must be approved by Planning.
4. The green mall shown is 50 feet between building faces. The preliminary site
plan was approved with a 30' grass mall. The proposed limits of the open space
within the grass mall have been revised to 30' to match the preliminary site plan.
5. An ARB application is in the process of being put together and submitted.
6. Street trees are included in the Block 4 road plans, which is under review. A copy
of this plan is provided for reference.
7. Shrubs at the ends of the alleys have been extended as directed.
8. The phasing note on the cover sheet has been corrected to match sheet S -1.
9. The lot area chart on sheet S -1 has been updated to show that the lot coverage
based on the building coverage shown (versus maximum buildable area) does not
exceed 80 %.

1. Road names of the interior road have been changed to Penshaw Court only.

1. The applicant acknowledges that ARB approval will be required for the
improvements shown in this plan.
VDOT
1. Structure numbers on Upland Drive are now labeled and drainage areas &
calculations are now included.
2. Clear zone easement on S -1 has been labeled.
3. An amendment is currently under review for the Block 4 Road Plans. Upland
Drive, as shown on this plan, conforms to the proposed amendment.
4. A drainage easement has been provided on lot 39.
5. Sight distance easements are now shown on lots 23, 39 and 40.
6. Revised drainage calculations are provided for all storm sewer past structure 32.
7. Drainage easements are provided for all storm sewer outside of right -of -way.
