Thank you for your comments dated September 24, 2010 on the above referenced project. Revised
plans are hereby submitted addressing your comments as follows:
1. c) ESC comments have been addressed separately
2. The 20' easement between Upland and Claremont is shown as dedicated to public use. The plat
will be revised to reflect this.
3. Sheets from the Block 4 road plan amendment (WPO- 2008 -106) currently under review which
show the design of Claremont Lane were attached. To avoid discrepancies and duplicate
information, we'd prefer to keep this section of road shown in only one plan set.
7. The rim elevation has been reduced to achieve 5% slope from edge of driveway.
9. A waiver has been submitted to allow 8' wide parallel parking spaces.
12. ACSA approval has been granted. We will forward evidence of their approval separately.
13. DI -7's within alleys are specified as grate B.
14. The note on sheet R -1 has been clarified.
