Intended use or iustificatior request: ^'
This amendment act additional plant species and uses a
predominantly native plant palette to the Virginia Pi dmon
It removes temporary metal bleachers and replaces with stone
seating (L 6.0). We are adding stone walls and oak planting
along drive to match existing road planting from exit from
250 bypass (see attached photo). Sign permit to be applied
for simultaneously to this minor site plan.
Alternate light fixture and additional site lighting around
building being submitted (L 7.0)
