The first revision to the final-before-preliminary site plan, submitted 13 August 2010, has been received
and reviewed by Engineering. A review of the WPO plan will be transmitted in a separate document.

d. All streets within the development areas require curbing, sidewalks, and 6ft planting
strips. Since the application plan was approved without planting strips for this phase,
planting strips will not be required. However, sidewalks must be provided or a waiver of
this design standard must be approved by the Planning Commission. [ 14- 410.H, 14-422,

crosswalk to the sidewalk on the other side ofAvemore Pond Drive. Two CG -12's will
likely be needed to meet ADA requirements.

find any objection to the alignment, adjustments may be necessary. Once I receive a

In the storm drain profiles, please show all of the sanitary sewer lateral crossings.
(Rev. 1) Comment has not been addressed. The crossing of the storm sewer will not be an issue
only if a slope close to the minimum was applied to each lateral. Please show these lateral
crossings or provide inverts for each cleanout of lots 24 -28 and I'll check the clearance myself.
