The Minor Amendment is to allow for the construction of a new preschool in roughly the same place as what is to be demolished. There will be no increase in population or any additional parking required. This application is merely a building replacement request. Owner /Applicant Must Read and Sign This site plan as submitted contains all of the information required by Section 32.5 (Preliminary Plan) or Section 32.6 (Final Plan) of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance.
