Tract A has an existing private entrance that is approved for continued use with no improvement needed. Tract B has an approved location for a private entrance that will meet current VDOT private entrance regulations and will be issued a permit when requested and a permit will need to be applied for prior to starting construction of this entrance. Tract 1131 has an approved location for a private entrance that will meet current VDOT private entrance regulations and will be issued a permit when requested and a permit will need to be applied for prior to starting construction of this entrance.
