Good Afternoon Gwen,
I have reviewed the above rural subdivision plats as submitted and have reviewed in the field a location for a private
entrance for each. Tract A has an existing private entrance that is approved for continued use with no improvement
needed. Tract B has an approved location for a private entrance that will meet current VDOT private entrance
regulations and will be issued a permit when requested and a permit will need to be applied for prior to starting
construction of this entrance. Tract 1131 has an approved location for a private entrance that will meet current VDOT
private entrance regulations and will be issued a permit when requested and a permit will need to be applied for prior to
starting construction of this entrance. If you should have any questions or concerns please let me know.
