Subject: SUB -2016-39 Mark K. Spicer -Rural Subdivision- Final Subdivision Plat
and Boundary Line Adjustment
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the
Final Plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each
comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning
Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14-302 (A)(5)] Public easements. Show existing VEPCO easement, as shown
on plat recorded in deed book 2029 page 590, and line location on the
subdivision plat.
2. [14-302 (A)(7)] Existing and departing lot lines. Show departing lot lines for TMP
65-32, 65-53 and 65-54 and provide parcel information for those parcels.
3. [14-302 (13)(4)] Places of burial. If there are any burial sites show them on the
plat.
4. [14-303 (A)] Statement of consent to division. Include "Tract 131" in the
consent to division statement.
