Plan sheets subm contain modifications to original plans as issued in a Site Change Directive. The majority of the changes were made to clarify some i
items for the contracto The retaining wall alignment changed slightly but the overall length did not change. We also clarified the overlay section in front of j
the building that is in excess of 2`, m a fire hydrant approximately 20', added some curb and sod around the inlet near the building expansion,
added approximately 32 of t drain near the sidewalk at the expansion and revised the electric transformer location. Dewberry has been
working with the County on a hand th will be installed along the front sidewalk to alleviate the number pedestrian crossings in front of the
Garden Center and reduce veh tr stacking back into the signalized intersection on Hilton Heights Road. These plan sheets show the
addition of the handrail as wel as m t th parking lot to accommodate crosswalks and signage directing the pedestrian traffic
To further clarify, these plan s contain two s change dir SCD #2 contains the modifications associated with the addition
of the handrail while SCD #1 REV conta the re items desc above.
