This phase is focused on preparing the nnrrhwP -,t rnrnar of tha airport property for excavating the borrow material required to construct the embankment-for the runway extension. This phase does not contain the actual runway or taxiway paving. That work will be completed in later phases. It is anticipated that the project will require a minimum of three more phases to reach full completion.
