Intended use or _justific,,n for request:
In an effort to maintain the church's construction budget, we have
made changes that affect the site plan.
We removed the basement entry door, walkway, retaining wall and
associated grading from the north side of the building.
The garden retaining wall, to the south of the building, will terminate
at EL.106 and the garden fill will end at EL.105.
The connection between the new fellowship hall and the existing
manse has been eliminated.
The interior stairway has been relocated to the south elevation
due to revisions to the floor plan.
Additionally we intend to use Lincoln Windows instead of Marvin
Windows. They will still be wood, painted and they will have the
same appearance. Lemieux french doors will be used instead of
Marvin doors as well.
We need the brick screen at the exterior stairway to be below the
stair framing to avoid having to widen the stairway to accommodate
thicken masonry walls. We do not want to encroach further on a
protected tree.

This site plan as submitted contains all of the information required by Section 32.5 (Preliminary Plan) or Section 32.6 (Final
Plan) of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance. I understand that plans which lack information required by said sections
shall be deemed incomplete and shall be denied by the agent within ten (10) days of submittal as provided in Section 32.4.2.1
or Section 32.4.3.3 as the case may be.
For Final Plans Only: To the best of my knowledge, I have complied with Section 32.4.3.1 and obtained tentative approvals
for all applicable conditions from the appropriate agencies.
