Attached is the deed for the conservation easement over TMP 44-4K. Per discussions with VDOT this easement over the
entire property and the WPO buffer at the rear of the property are enough for them not to require the proposed public road
to connect to an adjacent property; however, in order to initiate and finalize such an action you need to request a
connectivity waiver with VDOT prior to road plan and final subdivision plat approval.
I have CCed Caroline of VDOT for you to follow-up with her if you have any questions on how to submit that waiver.
