Approval can be recommended when the following items are satisfactorily addressed. 1. Please revise the plan so that the biofilter is restored to its original dimensions. The attempt to retain area by expanding between buildings and modifying the side slopes would appear to affect the amount of sunlight the plantings will receive, as well as making the facility harder to maintain. It is doubtful the area would be achieved as proposed, and slopes would be installed anyway. 2. The loadings spaces should not be stacked. They are not fully accessible.
