This site plan as submitted contains all of the information required by Section 32.5 (Preliminary Plan) or Section 32.6 (Final
Plan) of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance. I understand that plans which lack information required by said sections
shall be deemed incomplete and shall be denied by the agent within ten (10) days of submittal as provided in Section 32.4.2.1
or Section 32.4.3.3 as the case may be.
For Final Plans Only: To the best of my knowledge, I have complied with Section 32.4.3.1 and obtained tentative approvals
for all applicable conditions from the appropriate agencies.

Intended use or iustifcation for request:
The request is for a phase line adjustment to secure the construction access road for the
successful completion of Avemore - Phase I and future construction of Avemore - Phase
II.
The construction access road has been adjusted to become part of the proposed phase line
for the future Phase II site plan as highlighted by the attached site plan A.
The justification for this request is two fold:
to maintain a suitable construction access to Phase II and
to minimize negative impact to the Phase I site while securing the safety of its
residents by keeping future Phase II construction traffic isolated, as much as
possible, from Phase I.
Landscaping (behind Bldgs. #21 - #24 as circled on the attached site plan B) within this
construction access road area that was part of Phase I will now become part of Phase II
per the phase line adjustment. Therefore, the only change will be the installation date,
which will coincide with the future construction of Phase II. The landscaping design will
remain exactly the same as shown on site plan B.
