With the removal of the two warehouse buildings, most of the on -going trucking I storage operation will cease. The proposed buildings will be at the front of the existing self storage facility located at the rear of the property). The existing site has adequate parking, and no additional parking is required for self storage according to the County planner David Pennock. However, the front portion of proposed building H" may contain some office space, therefore, some new parking is being added in front of building "H ". A paved access drive will be provided between the proposed buildings. The site has a recently improved entrance and it has a paved access to the existing storage facility. The front of the site contains another existing building not related to the storage facility. It is our understanding that a sewer easement dedication is required (roughly parallel to the existing stormwater easement) prior to the Final Site Plan approval. This project also includes the means to eventually have a parallel road to S. R. 240 connecting the sites on either side. Stormwater will be handled by existing facilities.
