This letter is to approve as a letter of revision changes to "Area Summaries" on the coversheet, the proposed
development chart and proposed development notes on Sheet 21 of 22 as well as a change of labels for Open
Space to be labeled as "Pocket Parks" on Sheet 22 of 22 for Old Trail Village Blocks 28 and 29B. This is the
second Letter of Revision for this site plan. Please note that a total of three Letters of Revision are allowed
before all changes to the site plan are required to be submitted in the form of a new site plan amendment. If

This Ietter of revision requests the following change to Old Trail Village Blocks 28 and 29B Final
Site Plan (SDP 201400009):
Sheet 1: A note was added above the area summaries which states that "the pocket park
provided in Block 29B satisfies the Code of Development requirements that at least one
pocket park be provided among blocks 26, 22, 27, 28, 29, and 23. The area summaries for
Block 29B were also revised to reflect the changes made to Sheet 22 with the previous LOR.
• Sheet 22: The open space designations in Block 29B to the North and South of Hazel Grove
Lane were revised to say "Pocket Park"
