Description: Metal storage containers with cutouts that are to be used by fire department for
training purposes. 20'0" x 24'-0" footprint with 2 stories. Metal stairs inside. No utilities are
included. Three (3) trees to be planted for cover / screening purposes, see attached drawings
far type.
There will be no live fire training, this is only for practicing entering buildings.

Don't worry about leaving it up front. The attachment gave me what I needed. The structure is located more than 10
feet from our end of the line manhole and is not in conflict. The proposed plantings are not within an ACSA easement
and are not in conflict. I hereby recommend approval.

Hello,
Attached is a letter of revision that was actually submitted after ACSA reviewed the building permit for this. The
structure is shown partially on a sewer easement. The building permit was approved by ACSA on 10/20 but the letter of
revision was submitted 11/4. The letter or revision shows landscaping which was not shown on the building permit. I
haven't been out to the site yet but no plans were submitted and it is already built. Here is the description:
Metal storage containers with cutouts that are to be used by fire department for training purposes. 20'x24'
footprint with 2 stories. Metal stairs inside. No utilities included. Three trees to be planted for cover/screening
purposes, see attached drawings for type. There will be no live fire training, this is only for practicing entering
buildings.
I just want to double check there are no ACSA issues. Also, I may need to request landscaping revisions. Are screening
trees permitted in the ACSA easement or must they be located out of the easement.
