RE: SDP2006 -00062 Colonial Baptist Church Mission & Storage Building Major Site Plan
Amendment
Dear Sir:
The Department of Community Development hereby grants preliminary approval to the above referenced
site plan.
Please address all of the requirements and conditions listed below and submit eight (8) tentative plan
copies to the Department of Community Development. Your plan will be signed when the requirements
and conditions listed below have been met.
The site plan will be subject to all final site plan requirements (Zoning Ordinance Section 32.6), in
addition to the following conditions.
Zoning & Current Development approval to include:
32.7.9] Approval of a landscape plan in compliance with Section 32.7.9, that addresses
all applicable Special Use Permit Conditions, and
18- 32.6.4.1] The final plan approval is subject to the issuance of a Certificate of
Appropriateness from the Architectural Review Board.
En2ineerin2 approval to include:
The required SWM and ESC plans need to he reviewed, approved and bonded before
engineering can recommend approval to the final site plan. [18- 32.7.4.3]
VDOT approval of the site plan is required before engineering can approve the plans.

VDOT approval to include:
The existing entrance needs to be reviewed to determine if it meets the current Minimum
Standards for Entrances to State Highways and up graded if necessary.
