This change will not require a minor amendment. With your permission, I will edit the approved plan to reflect this change. Please keep this email for your records. The engineering review for the minor amendment, submitted 2/13/08, is pending. Thanks, Phil x3072 3/6/2008 County of Albemarle Department of Community Development Memorandum From: Max Greene, Current Development engineering review Date: 7 August 2006 Subject: Wood Residence (SDP200600082) Review Coordinator: Steve Tugwell The Site development plan for Wood Residence has been reviewed. The engineering review for current development cannot recommend approval of the plan until the following items have been adequately addressed. A. Final Site Plan submitted as Preliminary Site Plan: (SDP200600082) 1. The existing dwelling should use the same entrance as the proposed units. Please show the existing entrance closed. 2. Guardrail required along top of slope and back of curb along entrance. [DSM 803. LA, DSM 605] 3. Please show a benclrrnark on the plan sheets. [DSM CD -15] 4. Easement and /or letter of intent are required from adjacent property owner. [DSM 1102] 5. Minimum storm drainage pipes are 15" diameter unless the County engineer approves 12" drainage pipes. DSM 505.D.5, DSM 505.E.5] 6. New drainage channel for outlet of VDOT 15" Concrete pipe will be armored per VESCH and VDOT guidelines to adequate outfall. 7. Please note on plan the travel way will not exceed 10 %, slope in any direction. 8. Please show existing critical slopes in the proposed entrance area. [ 18- 4.2.5] 9. Durnpster storage /screening area does not appear accessible to truck removal. How will dumpster be accessed for disposal'? Will there be a stop point located outside of dumpster enclosure to keep dumpster from rolling into SWM? 10. Please add the "General Construction Notes" verbatim from the Design Manual. [DSM 902.B.4, DSM CD- 10] 11. Parking sheet flow opening to SWM will require armament and safety guard rail. [DSM 6051 12. Please verify the Planting requirements for Agnor /Hurt School are maintained with this Proposal. Site plan amendment may be required for Agnor /Hurt school. 13. Professional Seal, signed and dated, is required prior to final approval. [18-3- 14. Approved WPO plans are required prior to final approval.
