There are several zonin2 violations in existence on the site. No coml2lete Site Plan exists for the ero2e!V.
The Coun!y has two of four A22roved Site Plan on file. Since the pr2ject was constructed in four 2hases,
no complete Site Plan of Record exists for the site.
This Minor Amendment address the violations cited in the March 26, 2006 Notice of Official
Determination of Violation, with proposed solutions to the problems.
