This amendment will need to meet the requirements of Zoning Ordinance section 18- 4.12.15.
Curbing is required per section "g ". A protective barrier or curbed island should be provided on the
end of the parking row in front of the visitor parking lot according to section "f'. In addition,
stormwater management, code chapter 17 article 2, must be addressed. A comparison of removal
rates and impervious areas before and after improvements can be used for assessment. Reduction in
impervious areas will not required stormwater management.
