NARRATIVE
The purpose of the work at the East side of the building is to improve the appearance
at the entry by breaking up the circular parking area with protruding wedges of
landscaping. Pedestrian walkways will adjusted to run through landscaped areas. The
area being paved for (7) new parking stalls is slightly larger than that the paved area
being replaced by landscape (net reduction in impervious surface).
The purpose of the work at the North side of the building is to accommodate a building
addition of approximately 1,300 square feet. This area is currently paved.
Both areas of work are relatively level with a minor slope aware from the building.
Trees adjacent to the area of work on the East side of the building will not be
disturbed. The total area affected is less than 10,000 square feet.
