General Construction Notes: A. The abbreviation V D.0 1 made hereafter refers to the Virginia Department of Transportation. The term County refers to the County of Albemorle. Virginia B. Prior to any construction within any casting public right-of-way, including connection to any existing rand, a permit shall be obtained from the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT).
