CERTIFICATE OF PLAT CONFIRMATION
The attached Subdivision Plat for Dunlora Forest, Phase 3, and the courses and distances description
therein, titled: "Subdivision Plat for Dunlora Forest, Phase 3, TMP 62F -03-A, Rio District, Albemarle
County, VA," by Dominion Engineering, dated April 16, 2013, as revised May 21, 2013, June 5, 2013 and
December 22, 2015 ("Plat"), is hereby approved and confirmed by Rock Creek Properties, LLC, a Virginia
limited liability company ("Owner / Declarant") and submitted to record in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit
Court of Albemarle County, Virginia.
Pursuant to Note 17 on page V1, this is a Plat of Correction for Dunlora Forest Phase 3 that adds a
curve table that was omitted from the original Subdivision Plat for Dunlora Forest, Phase 3, as recorded in
the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book 4440, Pages 102 through 110, and as recorded with Amendment
#3 to Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Dunlora Forest. Pursuant to Virginia Code
Section 55-512.21, Rock Creek Properties, LLC records this Plat as a corrective Amendment to the Plat and
to Amendment #3 to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Dunlora Forest as
recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book 4440, Pages 102 through 110.
Further, Rock Creek Properties, LLC is the current Owner of Dunlora Forest Subdivision, Phase 3,
Lots 77 through 84; BEING, a portion of the property conveyed to Rock Creek Properties, LLC by deed
dated January 21, 2011 from Community Bank, as recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of
Albemarle County, Virginia, in Deed Book 3991, Page 583. Rock Creek Properties, LLC, as Declarant,
reserved the right, in Section 13.03, to amend the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for
Dunlora Forest, dated March 19, 2013, as recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book 4320, Page
171, as amended.
