I'll keep track of my visits to the building this week and add them to what 1 observed last week. Yesterday, I stopper
At approximately 4 PM last Thursday, there were 55 spaces available
At 4:41 PM Monday, there were 55 spaces available.
At 4:56 PM Monday, there were 57 spaces available
At 7:00 PM Monday, there were 71 spaces available
I filmed a few of these visits so you may notice that I forgot to count the 14 easement spaces at 7 PM which change

Employees: Around 14 (each shift about 6)
Hours: 9:00am-2:30pm (professional company) and 4:30-9:00pm (Academy classes)
Class Average # of Students: 10

We have the building permit under review for the ballet school and it says "Phase 3". Is the school expanding into a
new space or remodeling an existing space?
If you are expanding, we will need a new zoning clearance and parking review for the site.
