Context The site is located in the northern section (Block G) of the Stonefield Town Center, just north of Sperry/Northrup Grumman and east of Costco. Visibility The north, south and east elevations of the building will be readily visible from the Entrance Corridor. ARB Meeting Date April 1, 2016 Staff Contact Margaret Maliszewski PROJECT HISTORY The ARB completed a review of the BJ's proposal to revise the design of Building G2 on February 1, 2016. The action letter from that meeting is included as Attachment A to this report and the comments made at the meeting are included in the Analysis table, below. Staff discussed the ARB comments and resubmittal requirements with the applicant on February 17, 2016. An application to revise the architectural design of Building G1 (the building to be located to the north) to accommodate a Jared jewelry store was reviewed by the ARB on February 16 and March 7, 2016. Revisions to address ARB comments on the Jared proposal will be reviewed by the ARB at an upcoming meeting.
