Sue Albrecht passed your questions along to me in regards to JBD Mobile Catering located at 2300
Commonwealth Drive. In answer to those questions:
1. The space is for food preparation only for a mobile catering company. There will be no cooking, only
preparation.
2. The square footage is 484 SF.
3. The tenant is only occupying Suite 103 which includes a small hallway, a meeting room, kitchen prep. room,
and a storage room.
4. There will be no events at this location.
