Intended use or justification for request:
This minor site plan amendment is requested in order to provide the residents of Westhall Phase IV with refuse service.
Three (3) receptacle locations are proposed in areas that are localized to the individual buildings. Each individual
container has been shown with a number corresponding to the unit it serves.
In keeping with the fence already located along the Westhall property line (see Photograph 1), it is proposed to use
enclosures similar to those depicted in Photographs 2 and 3. These photographs are of refuse areas located in
Bargamin Park in Crozet. For Westhall IV the same style of fence is proposed, however it would be topped with a
one (1) foot lattice. Please see the detail on Sheet C -9 in this plan submittal and the concept photograph 4, attached.
Because residents may be entering these enclosed areas, some possibly at night, it is proposed to keep them at a
reasonable height and in similar architectural style to the existing fence.
Enlarged areas have been provided so the dimensions can be clearly seen for each receptacle area. In addition,
the landscape has been adjusted to adequately screen each refuse area. See Sheet L -1 of this plan submittal.

Plan) of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance. 1 understand that plans which lack information required by said sections

or Section 32.4.3.3 as the case may be.
