The purpose of this letter is to request a revision to the storm sewers and grading forAirportIndustrialLot5. During the course of construction the contractor has
encountered a large amount of rock on site that is not able to be removed with heavyequipment. Blasting is not a viable option due to the proximity of the existing residencesandbusinessesinthearea. The accompanying site plan shows the new storm sewer
layout and spot elevations for the site. In addition, the entrance to the site has been
slightly modified to allow for easier access to the loading dock adjacent to Dobleann Dr.

near the west side wall of the building at the location shown on the approved site plan. This is your first
letter of revision for this site. Please note that a total of three Letters of Revision are allowed before all
changes to the site plan are required to be submitted in the form of a new site plan amendment. If you have
