As you requested, here is a revision letter to explain changes to my plans for the project
at The Gardens:
1) Change in west and east drive - though bays to parking spots — remove bays and
make driveway a parking area
2) Remove one island on west side of building (to provide continued parking area)
3) Add sidewalk sections in front of both areas where drive - though bays were --
extend sidewalk on both sides and south end of building
