I have examined the hillside on your property line that borders with the Sherwood Manor property at the end of Scarborough Place. I would recommend removing any remaining Pines on the bank because they are unstable and likely to fall towards the neighboring property. There is also one 5 inch Maple flagged by the Homeowners Association that is leaning towards their property. It should also be removed. The remaining hardwood trees appear to be in good shape. There is no evidence of excessive damage from construction, or pre- existing structural defects. It is reasonable to expect the remaining trees will survive the construction.
