RE: SDP.: Mill Creek Offices, Phase II — Letter of Revision
To Whom It May Concern:
We would like to make the following revisions to the approved Landscape Plan:
1. Remove the eight street trees as they are not required by the ordinance and we can still meet all other landscape
requirements without them. There is also an unforeseen utility line conflict where some of them were to have been
located.
2. Replace the six Fraxinus pennsylvanica (Green Ash) with seven Acer rubrum (Red Maple). We cannot obtain the ash
trees at a local nursery, but can readily find the maples.
3. Use the standard Liquidambar styraciflua (Sweetgum) versus the 'Rotundiloba'cultivar. Again, this is an issue of
availability. This change also provides more tree canopy per tree.
4. Add thirty five Ilex crenata 'Green Lustre' (Green Luster Japanese Holly) along the front of the building to provide
additional canopy.
With these revisions, we still meet all applicable zoning ordinance requirements. We have included a copy of the new plant
schedule as well as the revised tree canopy calculations. This information is also included on the plan showing the proposed
changes. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you need further explanation or have any additional questions.

RE: SDP 06 -114: Mill Creek Offices, Phase II — Letter of Revision
To Whom It May Concern:
We would like to make the following revision to the approved Site Plan:
Add outdoor stairs from the back of the Phase 2 building to the parking lot of the Phase 1 building. This will help
facilitate pedestrian movement between the two buildings as well as provide easier access to the slope between the
two buildings for maintenance purposes. The stairs are constructed of 8" x 8" pressure treated timbers and will have
a pressure treated handrail as appropriate. The stairs are 3' wide, have 8" risers and either 15" or 23" treads.
With this revision, we still meet all applicable zoning ordinance requirements. The above information is also included on the
plan showing the proposed change. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you need further explanation or have any
