The engineering review for current development does not recommend approval until the following items are addressed: A. Final site plan comments: 1. Please provide the profiles and as -built data for the 8" pipe under the pavement. In the field the pipe does not appear to match what is shown on the minor amendment. [I 8-32.6.6d] 2. Please provide computations for the 8" pipe under the parking lot. [ 18- 32.6.6d] 3. Please show and label the concrete channel along DobleAnn Drive. [I 8-32.5.6j] 4. Please provide computations and profiles for the concrete channel. [18- 32.6.6dI 5. Please show the correct final grading along the western edge of the parking lot. The final grading shown on the minor amendment does not match what exists. [18- 32.6.6b] 6. Please provide a profile for the pipe from STR -8 to STR -7. Please label pipe size. [DM] 7. Please show the correct as -built location of the retaining wall on the minor amendment. [18- 32.5.6n] 8. Please show the correct distance from curbing to face of retaining wall. [18- 32.5.6.n] 9. Please revise the plans to show the rear drainage Swale entering into the SWM facility. MS -19 concerns have not been addressed with the channel in its current location because the drainage outfall does not drain into an adequate channel on the neighboring property. [MS -19] 10. Please submit a revised SWM plan to show the required drainage changes to the SWM facility. This includes a new WPO application and fee being submitted to the County. [DM] 11. Please show guardrail extending the entire length of the parking lot from the dumpsters to the eastern end of the parking lot.
