[14-302 (A)(2)] Vicinity map. Show the scale of each of the vicinity maps individually. Rev. 1: Comment Addressed. 2. [14-302 (A)(3)] Existing or platted streets. Show the far side of the public street easements when they are within the drawing area of Sheet 2 of 2. Rev. 1: Comment Addressed. 3. [14-302 (A)(4)] Private easements. The revised private storm drainage easements shown on this plan do not all match those shown in the approved "Old Trail Village Block 15 Storm Sewer Field Revisions" SUB201400196. County engineering will contact you about updating SUB20140196 to match this revision submission. Rev. 1: Comment Addressed. 4. [14-302 (A)(5)] Public easements. It is recommend that the easement labels be consistent with the previous submissions. STE1-X VAR was labeled as STE3-X VAR and STE-X VAR was labeled as STE1-X VAR in SUB2014000161. Changing labels between submissions, unless necessary, can cause confusion for future use and review. Rev. 1: Comment Addressed. 5. [14-302 (B)(5)] Zoning. The note on `Zoning" on Sheet 1 of 2 should be update to include the recently approved ZMA2015-00001. Rev. 1: Comment Addressed. 6. [14-302 (B)(9)] Floodplain. Note number 2 on Sheet 1 of 2 conflicts with the statement under "Flood Hazard Overlay District". It appears that this portion of Old Trail Village is not within the 100 year flood plain. Please confirm and update notes as appropriate. Rev. 1: Comment Addressed. I 7. [14-303 (H) & (1)] Monuments; Bearing and distance ties. There seem to be no permanent monuments shown in this plan and there are also no coordinate locations as were shown in SUB20140161 on Sheet 2 of 6. The bearing and distance ties need to be referenced from some known location. Rev. 1: Comment Addressed. 8. [Comment] Note number 6 on Sheet 1 of 2, what was updated in response to the 11 round of comment from engineering should be updated to include the correct plan date and the correct approval date. The plan was dated February 17, 2016 and was approved on February 25, 2016. Rev. 1: The easements shown in the updated SUB201400196 do not match the easamenfs r_nnfainpd in this 9. [Note] After updating the plan based upon these comments please resubmit for a second round of review. Both planning an engineering will be reviewing the plan at that time. Rev. 1: Comment Addressed.
