3 Site Plan Sketches

Please find below descriptions a few minor changes we would like to make to the currently approved
site plans for Greenbrier Station. Since the Site Plan Amendment and previous LOR's were
approved, the footprint of building 2 has been revised, which will obviously affect other aspects of the
site. Descriptions of each change are listed below.
In addition to the revised footprint, an equipment pad, screening wall, and underground
propane tank to power an emergency generator have been added. These changes are
illustrated on the attached sketch.
The sidewalk behind building 2 was shifted approx. 4" to allow for the equipment pad.
The connection point for the 1" water service line has been moved to the other side of the
building. The fire line has also been removed. These changes are illustrated on the
attached sketch.
Attached is the revised table showing square footage and parking calculations.
