THIS SITE PLAN IS SUBMITTED TO ADDRESS VARIATIONS
BETWEEN SURVEYED AS -BUILT CONDITIONS AND THE
CURRENT APPROVED SITE PLAN OF RECORD REVISION
DATED 06-15-04. INFORMATION IS TAKEN FROM A FIELD
SURVEY PERFORMED BY THOMAS B. LINCOLN LAND
SURVEYOR, INC. DATED, 31 OCT. 2007.
1. THE BUILDING IS SHIFTED WEST 4'-10" AND SOUTH V-6".
THE BUILDING IS WITHIN THE BUILDING SETBACK LINES.
2. THE SOUTHERN PARKING LOT PAVING IS APPROX.
2'-0" LONGER TO THE EAST. THE FIRST SPACE TO THE
EAST IS SRIPED APPROXIMATELY 4'-0" OVER TO THE WEST.
PARKING STRIPING IS SLIGHTLY UNDER 9'-0"
3. ISLANDS AND PARKING IN THE CENTER OF THE
PARKING LOT ARE SHIFTED WEST APPROX. 3'-0".
4. THE NORTHERN PORTION OF THE PARKING LOT IS
SHIFTED APPROX. 2'-6" TO THE EAST. SOME VARIATION
OCCURS IN PARKING STRIPPING (PARKING SPACE
WIDTH) THROUGHOUT THE LOT.
5. THE EASTERN END OF THE PARKING IS CONSTRUCTED
APPDXIMATELY 3 FEET LOWER IN ELEVATION THAN THE
NEW CONTOUR LINES INDICATE.
6. THE NE GRAVEL PARKING AREA CORNER IS LOWER
THAN GRADE TO THE WEST. DRAINAGE OCCURS FROM
NE TO SW.
7. RIP -RAP IS ADDED TO THE OFF-SITE DRAINAGE DITCH
LOCATED TO THE NORTH OF THE PARKING AREA.
8. THE PARKING AREA DRAINAGE SWALE HAS RIP -RAP
ALONG ITS ENTIRE COURSE.
9. (2) DRAINAGE BASINS CONNECTED TO AN 18" PIPE
ARE ADDED ALONG THE NEW SOUTHERN PARKING
CURB. DRAINAGE PROFILES, COMPUTATIONS,
DRAINAGE MAPS & INVERTS ARE ATTACHED.
