Hurt Contractors, a plant substitution for the above referenced project. They are finding the conditions on -site to be extremely harsh (sun, wind, Japanese Beetles, etc.) and would like to request a change from the 31 approved Quecus phellos to 31 Tilia cordata "Glenleven ".
