Minor Site Plan Amendment: Landscape Revision
Dear David:
I am requesting on behalf of C.W. Hurt Contractors, plant substitutions for the above referenced project. They
are finding quite a bit of difficulty in locating Lindera benzoin and would like to request a change to Clethra
alnifolia. They would also like to plant two 3 ' /2 " Quercus palustris "Pringreen" Green Pillar OR Quercus x.
Regal Prince" depending on availability in the southeast corner of the site. Please see the attached sketch for
the tree locations as they relate to the sign, overhead wires and existing utility easements.
