To Whom It May Concern: This letter is to request a minor revision as outlined under the standard for letter of revisions published in 1999. The actual square footage of the proposed building for the River's Edge Furniture Store office building has changed slightly from the number listed on the approved site development plan.The overall footprint of the building has not increased. The change has occurred in the first floor of the building, which is underneath an overhanging second floor. The first floor has gone from 48'x 142' to 49' x 142' causing a gross increase of 142 square feet to the building. The approved siteplan shows 20,732 total square feet of gross area, sheet 1 of the attached letter of revision shows a revised total squarefootageof20,874 square feet. This change to the total square footage does impact the parking calculation, however the numberofrequiredspacesdoesnotchange. The new calculation is 20,874 'x(0.8) / 200 = 83.496. Rounded to thenearestwhole # would be 83 parking spaces required. Even if the number were rounded up the plan hasoneadditionalparkingspaceandtheparkingrequirementwouldstillbemet.
