(The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) (The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] 2. [32.5.6 (p); 32.6.6 (i)] Submit a landscape plan in conformance with section 32.7.9. Rev 1: [32.7.9.7] When a parking lot is located such that the parked cars will be visible from a public street, then additional landscaping of low street shrubs shall be required between the street and the parking lot. Provide shrubs in a single row planted five (5) feet on center. 3. [32.6.6 (f)] Show the signature panel for current development. (Attached is a template for your use). Rev 1: Use the signature panel that is attached. 5. [32.6.6 0)] Provide outdoor lighting information including a photometric plan and location, description, and photograph or diagram of each type of outdoor luminaire. Rev 1: Provide the cut sheets on the lighting plan for each outdoor luminaire. Clarify that the all outdoor luminaires are full cut off. Also, the LLF factor (maintenance factor) must be 1.0. (Brownsville Elementary — Major Amendment) Dear Mr. Breeden, This letter is to approve, as a letter of revision, the changes made to the site at time of construction. 1. A reduction of new parking spaces from the 30 shown on the site plan to a new total of 29. 2. The replacement of the 8' wide concrete sidewalk at the eastern edge of the asphalt play area with an 8' extension of the asphalt. Due to the simplicity of these changes that have occurred, we have reviewed the changes as a "Letter of Revision" to the latest approved site plan for Brownsville Elementary, located on Tax Map 56, Parcel 17A. This is the first letter of revision for this site. Please note that a total of three letters of revision are allowed before all changes to the site plan are required to be submitted in the form of a new site plan amendment.
