ELECTRICAL POWER SHALL BE DERIVED FROM BUIDLING ELECTRICAL PANELS TO GENERAL SITE UGHTING IN ACORDANCE WITH NATIONAL ELECTRIC CODE. 20. ALL PIPES SHOWN AS RCP ON PLANS SHALL BE REINFORCED CONCRETE PIPE CONFORMING TO ASTM C-76, UNLESS INDICATED OTHERWISE ON PLANS. 21.
