I need to see a revised cover sheet reflecting approved variation information prior to approval
It looks like you have on- street parking spaces striped on the plan. Having spaces striped on- street is a
requirement for including on- street spaces in required parking count. FYI — on- street spaces may only be utilized
in the required spaces count once. In other words, you cannot use the spaces counted on this plan for any future
parking requirements that may arise.
