Intended use or justification for request:
The minor amendment to the plan are as follows:
1.The water meter needs to move due to electrical lines in
conflict to original proposed location. Location approved
by ACSA.
2.The D.I. in the S.E. corner of the new parking lot must stay
in the same place due to electric lines in conflict.
3.The Architect has centered the proposed patio.
4.The two entrance parking spaces have been turned into
handicap spaces.

Plan) of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance. I understand that plans which lack information required by said sections
shall be deemed incomplete and shall be denied by the agent within ten (10) days of submittal as provided in Section 32.4.2.1
or Section 32.4.3.3 as the case may be.
For Final Plans Only: To the best of my knowledge, I have complied with Section 32.4.3.1 and obtained tentative approvals
