Tom,
Curb and gutter is required. An administrative waiver of curb and gutter can only be granted for Stormwater
Management purposes. Otherwise, a waiver would be needed from the planning commission. Submit any waiver
requests at the same time the preliminary site plan is submitted.
Submitting the preliminary site plan in 1:30 scale has been approved by the agent (John Shepherd). To avoid
confusion, simply attach this email to your application when the preliminary site plan is submitted.
