RE: SDP 2008 -46, Albemarle Baptist Church
Minor Site Plan Amendment
Dear Mr. Sanders:
Fax (434) 972 -4012
I have reviewed your recent submittal for the above - referenced project with the latest revision date of March 4,
2008. Outstanding issues that will need to be further addressed are shown below:
The current proposal does not show the 4 Willow Oaks, 3.5" in caliper, southeast of the sanctuary, that were
shown on the previous approved amendment (ARB 07 -16), latest revision date 7/6/07. Revise the current
proposal to show these trees.
When staff s review of this information indicates that all conditions of approval have been met, an amendment
to the original Certificate of Appropriateness may be issued. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate
to contact me.
Sincerely,
Brent W. Nelson

Brent, I'm sorry I missed you this afternoon. I wanted to show you the reasons for the suggested change in the
placement of the four trees in question. I left the picture at the front desk, I hope they help but they aren't very
clear. We have NO problem with putting the trees in a cluster at the edge of the lawn, as was proposed
previously, we just thought this would be an even better use of the trees. I really need to get these trees in the
ground, so whatever it takes to expedite the process, just let me know. Thanks Mark Harris
