Outstanding issues that will need to be further addressed are shown below: The current proposal does not show the 4 Willow Oaks, 3.5" in caliper, southeast of the sanctuary, that were shown on the previous approved amendment (ARB 07 -16), latest revision date 7/6/07. Revise the current proposal to show these trees. When staff s review of this information indicates that all conditions of approval have been met, an amendment to the original Certificate of Appropriateness may be issued. I wanted to show you the reasons for the suggested change in the placement of the four trees in question. I left the picture at the front desk, I hope they help but they aren't very clear. We have NO problem with putting the trees in a cluster at the edge of the lawn, as was proposed previously, we just thought this would be an even better use of the trees.
