General Construction Notes
1. PRIOR TO ANY CONSTRUCTION WITHIN ANY EXISTING RIGHT -OF -WAY, INCLUDING CONNECTION TO
ANY EXISTING ROAD, A PERMIT SHALL BE OBTAINED FROM VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION (VDOT). THIS PLAN AS DRAWN MAY NOT ACCURATELY REFLECT THE
REQUIREMENTS OF THE PERMIT. WHERE ANY DISCREPANCIES OCCUR THE REQUIREMENT
OF THE PERMIT SHALL GOVERN.
