has also included the following note on the plan: "As of this revision, many of the White Pine trees are infected with I
bores. The County has preliminarily approved replacement of a pine tree with a Leland Cypress in the event that a pine
tree dies. The replacement may occur on an as -need basis."
Applicant requests approval of the revised As -Built Plan and release of the landscaping bond which is currently being
held.
