Design Associates Dear Mr. & Mrs. Johnston: The Albemarle County Board of Supervisors, at its meeting on August 1, 1984, approved the above-noted petition subject to the following conditions: 1. Approval is restricted to eight lots of not less than five acres per lot. (In addition to the farm parcel) . 2. No further subdivision rights on the 110.4 acres of land. 3. Approval is tied to map presented by the applicant marked, "received on July 26, 1984 by the Planning Commission." If you should have any questions, please contact me.
