The original plan showed a round area with brick pavers. This approval allows the design to be changed to a rectangle viewing area with grass. The metal arch feature that was previously shown shall be eliminated, but the steps shall remain in the same location with bushes added to each side of the columns per your request (enclosed). This is your first letter of revision. Please note that a total of three letters of revision are permitted after which a minor site plan amendment is required.
