RE: SDP - 2006 - 000 -97 Crossroads Waldorf School Phase 1B & 2A - -- Minor Amendment —
Temporary Modular Classroom
Dear Mr. Shepherd:
This letter is indented to inform you about the proposed minor site plan amendment for the
Charlottesville Waldorf School "Phase 1B (SDP -2006- 000 -97) ". The respective sheets submitted with
this letter will supersede the sheets submitted previously. The following changes are proposed with this
Minor Site Plan Amendment:
A temporary modular classroom (36' Y 24') to accommodate the Waldorf school requirements
until the Waldorf School building in Phase 2A is constructed. This building will be placed on
stilts (piers).
2. A wooden ramp with handrail to access the proposed classroom.
3. Minor grading to design the wooden ramp.
4. Revised phase lines to include the new additions: Modular classroom and the wooden ramp
Please note that no additional parking is required due to proposed changes. Also, no change has been
proposed in addition to Stormwater Management, and Erosion and Sediment Control measures proposed
in SDP - 2006 - 000 -97. Please refer attached Stormwater Management and Erosion and Sediment Control
narrative for additional information.
