From:Gerald Gatobu, Principal Planner Division: Zoning and Current Development Date:September 30 2009 Subject: SDP2009 -00073 Flow Auto Minor Site Plan Amendment The County of Albemarle Division of Zoning and Current Development will grant or recommend approval of the minor site plan amendment referred to above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] 32.5.6 The minor site plan shall contain the following information: a. The name of the development; Please add SDP200900073, (site plan number) to the site plan for current and future reference. Owner, zoning, tax map and parcel number and present use of adjacent parcels;This project is on tax map 78 parcel 14D and not tax map 78 parcel 15D as indicated on the site plan. Please revise. LIGHTING PLAN REVIEW CHECKLIST Lumen level (3000 or more must be full cutoff) All fixtures emitting 3000 or more lumens must be full cutoff fixtures. Bulb /lamp location (must be totally within house to be full cutoff) Provide cut sheets for any fixture emitting more than 3000 lumens Luminaire schedule Catalog # coordinated with cut sheets Catalog numbers shown cut sheets must match those on the luminaire schedule.
